The weather is finally starting to get warmer, and we can’t wait for the sunshine to finally be full time in the Steel City. We’ve started to think of some of our favorite things to help us get through the final cold days – did any of your favorite things make our list?

Lilly for Target

It’s every girl’s two favorite things wrapped into one – Lilly Pulitzer at Target! While this partnership was announced back in January, just recently the designs for Target were released, and they will officially go on sale on April 19. Here are some of our favorite looks from the collection (which includes clothing, home décor and accessories).

Movies

Cinderella was recently released by Disney in live-action format with stars Cate Blanchett as the evil stepmother and big screen newcomer Lily James as the lead role. It was a huge hit opening weekend, grossing more than $70.1 million dollars in the U.S. alone.

In the recent weeks, Disney has announced four other classics that would be made into live-action adaptions – Mulan, Beauty and the Beast, Dumbo and The Jungle Book. The films are rumored to be released as early as 2017 – and we can’t wait! Big stars are lined up for the movies, including Emma Watson as Belle and Emma Thompson as Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast. In The Jungle Book, Benedict Cumberbatch is set to star as the tiger while Christian Bale has been cast as the panther, and newcomer Rohan Chand as Mowgli. The early stages of the production of Dumbo have begun, with Tim Burton named as the director, and Mulan was just announced on March 30 as the latest Disney movie to be adapted as a live-action film.
