If there ever was a feature that was the epitome of GOALS, it’s today’s Carnegie Museum wedding. With a desire to keep things classic but add a healthy dose of glitz and glam, Stephanie and Nicholas worked with The Event Group to design a day that is sure to make jaws drop. After a breathtaking ceremony in the museum’s Hall of Sculpture, guests were dazzled by the reception set-up in the Music Hall Foyer. Luxurious floral arrangements of hydrangeas, orchids, and dazzling crystals – created by Pittsburgh wedding florist Allison McGeary – sat atop tables dripping in sequin linens from Mosaic. Each place setting featured a gold beaded charger and a gold Chiavari chair, both from Event Source, for added sparkle. Even Stephanie herself looked dazzling in a custom-designed beaded Stephen Yearick wedding gown. The timeless soiree wasn’t without a few twists, however. Signature drinks paid homage to the couple’s professions while a live event painter captured the living memories in front of guests’ eyes. These images from Joey Kennedy Photography are proof that this black-tie affair was certainly one for the history books!
